Preparation time and shipping
The order preparation and delivery time is:
- 7-15 business days on normal orders
- 4-7 business days on orders with immediate items
- 2-4 business days on express DHL orders with immediate items (CDMX, GDL, MTY
- For purchases over $399.00 pesos, shipping is FREE* to all of Mexico
- (extended areas do not apply: locations that are difficult to access, if it is an extended area, a quote is made before purchasing)
- EXPRESS shipments They apply only to selected models and to destinations with express shipments made by parcel companies. Does not apply to rural or difficult-to-access areas.
- Most of our shipments are made with ESTAFETA, FEDEX parcels.
