  • Any metal can be analyzed in certified workshops to know its karatage.
  • All our diamond rings include a certificate of authenticity granted by the supplier, the evaluation is granted by a certified professional from world-renowned institutions.
Jewelry with factory defects
  • For pieces and jewelry that present manufacturing defects in the material, you have a period of 3 business days once the package is received, to file a report and apply a guarantee . If the time is longer, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer *Restrictions apply for countries outside coverage.
