Pay for your order in installments

Place your order and make your payment by subscription, see the instructions below:

• Applies only to rings and hoops with a value greater than $2,000.00 pesos* (see restrictions)
• You can make your payments in up to 60 days (2 months)
• Your first payment must be at least 20% of the total.
• You can make your payments weekly or biweekly.
• 15 days before settling your order you must notify us to prepare your jewelry.
• Once settled within 2 days, your order will be ready to be shipped or for delivery to the branch.

IMPORTANT

• On orders that will be paid in installments, discounts or promotions do not apply.
• Once you have made your first deposit, you will receive your statement of the total amount of your order via email.
• For order cancellations, a penalty of 20% of the total paid will be charged, and if the part is already in production, no type of cancellation can be made.
• Once the credit period has expired, you have a maximum of 10 days to pay, otherwise there will be no refund and the order will be cancelled.
• The credit cannot be accumulated for other pieces, if the order is already in the last 15 days of the expiry period.
• For an item to be sent it must be paid in full.
