Size changes

  • The size change does not (generate) any extra cost to the value of the jewelry, as long as the size is in our line sizes (women; #5 to #10 and men #7 to #12).
  • If the requested size is larger, a quote must be made with the quality and guarantees department. You only have to cover the value of the shipments ($350.00MXN )
  • In case of customization as a coating or engraving, a preferential rate of 50% of the price of the personalized will be covered .
  • It is important that you DO NOT remove the tag from your jewelry in order to apply a size change.
  • If the jewelry does not have the new item label, a charge of $100.00 will be generated for labeling operations.
What is the process of change like?
  • To apply a change, a package return guide will be sent which you must deposit in the parcel to begin the adjustment process. In the case of maintenance or size changes, payment of the corresponding expenses must be made to generate the guide and begin the process.
  • For any change to your order, it is necessary that the parts first arrive at our warehouse to carry out an evaluation and continue with any change or guarantee.
  • Shipping costs derived from guarantees are borne by Mouty Joyería as long as the report is raised during the first 2 days that the piece is received. If the time is longer, the shipping costs ( $350MXN ) are the responsibility of the customer *Restrictions apply for extended areas.

  • When sending for an exchange or warranty, it is not necessary to send the case, you can send it in a small box or bag of your choice.
  • When generating a return guide you have a maximum period of 5 days to deposit the package in post offices, if the time is longer there will be an extra cost ( $150MX ) to generate a new guide. This applies to changes, warranties and maintenance.
