Jewelry with factory defects
  • For pieces and jewelry that present manufacturing defects in the material, you have a period of 2 days once the package is received, to file a report and apply a guarantee . Jewelry Maintenance
What does maintenance include?

Size changes
  • The size change does not (generate) any extra cost to the value of the jewelry, as long as the size is in our line sizes (women; #5 to #10 and men #7 to #12).

What is the process of an exchange, maintenance or warranty?
